- How do I reach customer service?

- Where are the products made?

We source our different product types from different production facilities so we can get the highest quality of every item.

All of our organic cotton products (tank tops, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies) are made in Bangladesh/China. 

- Where are the products printed?

Hamburg, Germany. From there HYPERZEN items will be shipped worldwide.

- What color do you use for your printings?

All inks are water-based, non-toxic and GOTS-certified, so they do no harm to the environment or to your body.

- Why do you only use natural materials?

For our T Shirts, Hoodies, Pants or Sweaters we only use organic cotton. 

- How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the item / items you have ordered and the location of where you are ordering to. After 3-4 working days, when your item is ready to ship, it can take 6-14 working days to be delivered, depending on your location.

- What packaging materials you use?

We ship our products in top quality eco-friendly recyclable cardboard packages.

- I have not received my order confirmation?

Sometimes the order confirmation can end up in your spam. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24h, please reach out to us so that we can see what may have happened.

- I have not received a tracking number yet?

If you have not received your tracking number, it may be because your order is still in the production phase. Once the item has been produced it will then be handed off to our shipping partners who will then supply us with a tracking number. This tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.

- How can I track my order?

We are committed to supplying every order with a tracking number in order to track the delivery process of the order. Once your package has been sent from our warehouse in Germany, you should have received a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking link. Your tracking number can be input into your country's own postal system. 

- Do I need to pay taxes/VAT for my order?

Some countries may be subject to a customs tax, import fee and/or duty fee, or something like that. Although we do our best to avoid these extra fees, there may be instances where you will be required to pay extra in order to receive your product at the time of delivery. The fee will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. HYPERZEN will not be liable for any additional fees.

- What is your return policy?

We offer exchanges and refunds on all our products. You have 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please see our returns page here for more information.

- What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit/debit cards. 

- I received an incorrect/damaged item. What should I do?
