Shipping & Returns
Our print and fulfillment center is based in Hamburg, Germany.
Shipping:
Please allow 3-4 working days for processing your order. Once processed, your items will be shipped and you will get a tracking number for your order via e-mail.
We offer you worldwide free shipping.
We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
Shipping times may vary on your delivery address and the products you ordered. All clothes are printed in Germany.
Shipping and processing time
- Germany: 6 working days
- Europe: 9 working days
- North America and Canada: 11 working days
- Rest of the world: 21 working days
Packaging:
We only use boxes made out of recycled cardboard. No poly bags or plastic at all.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days.
A return/refund is easily possible, if your item is in the same condition as you have received it. Trying it on is ok. So please don’t remove the hang tag or don’t pour raw milk or something else over it. Please always check the size chart before you order a fashion item.
If you want to return something you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns without prior communication via info@globalhyperzen.com will not be accepted. Please make sure to check our items size/guidelines before placing your order.
If you want to exchange an item please contact us via info@globalhyperzen.com. You will pay for your own shipping costs when sending your item back to us. An exchange is only possible if the item is unused.
When approved and everything is ok with your item, your refund will be processed and your cash will automatically be applied to your original method of payment in the next 30 days.
With your money you than can buy an item by yourself again. So, we do not do the exchange for you.
